Flight Jays is a small travel micro portal built to make flying simpler, clearer and way less stressful. Our goal is to give you straight answers, quick guides and real world tips without huge walls of boring text.
Flight Jays is a lightweight guide created by people who got tired of confusing flight rules, sketchy ticket prices and endless searching. We’re a tiny team based in Fargo ND, but the site is made for anyone who wants easier trips.
The name Flight Jays comes from Journeys and Airway Stories, a small mix that sounded fun and not too serious.
After a bunch of messy flights, tight layovers and tickets that changed rules out of nowhere, we realized that travelers need simple info, not perfect marketing talk.
So we started making mini guides that explain things like baggage, cheap tickets, airline choices and seasonal routes in a way normal people actually understand.
We focus on short, practical content that helps you right now
cheap flight tips
airline explainers
destinations and seasonal spots
baggage and connection basics
quick travel hacks without overthinking
Most of the guides are a bit casual, sometimes a bit rushed, but always useful. We try to keep things real, not polished to oblivion.
No heavy travel jargon.
No endless paragraphs.
Just small chunks of info that you can read in a minute or two.
If something feels slightly crooked or imperfect that’s ok. Real travelers don’t speak like brochures.
We want to make flying less scary, less confusing and less expensive for regular people.
If our guides help you save money, avoid mistakes or pick a better flight, then we’re doing something right.
We plan to add more flight tools, more route explainers and clearer guides on how to deal with airlines when things go sideways. Also working on expanding categories for cheap flights, airlines and destinations.
